Scramle leagues are 2-Person Scramble Format. In a 2-Person Scramble Format, the players or designated team captain, decide after each shot which one the team wants to play from next. This format is played out throughout the entire hole.
If you have ever played in a charity scramble, then you get it. Each league night will consist of a bay hosting 2 teams competing head-to-head in a 9-hole scramble
Mixed Format (a.k.a., Ryder Cup Format), are 2-person teams playing 3 differing formats: Best Ball (known as Scramble), Alternate Shot (you and your teammate take turns hitting the same ball), and Four-Ball (you play your own ball but take the lowest score per hole between you and your team mate).
